An executive who provides advisory services in a broad area of human capital management services has received an ISO 30414 certification and will support the Enterprise Engagement Alliance’s advisory practices in the Middle East and the Philippines.
Anticipating the benefit of applying ISO/TC 260 standards, the Philippines is being represented by a registered Psychometrician and Performance Management Consultant, Mr. Juan Paolo Arao. As a consultant, he provides advisory services in a broad area of human capital management services. He is the first Filipino to receive ISO 30414 certification.
Juan Paolo Arao believes that “people [regardless of position level] in the organization can be seen as an asset that yields return of investment contributing to profitability instead of an expense that needs to be reduced.” DTI-BPS subscribes to this belief, and has initiated its participation in international standardization.
The Enterprise Engagement Alliance (EEA) is a coalition of business professionals, academics, and companies dedicated to the principles of "Stakeholder Capitalism" and to its formal implementation through a formal, strategic and systematic enterprise-wide endeavor that “begins with people and ends with profitability.”
The EEA’s primary mission is to support the concept of Stakeholder Capitalism through education and outreach that creates a better understanding of how organizations can make the connection between engaging people in business and achieving short- and long-term financial performance in a practical way.
The EEA was founded on the premise that the engagement of all of an organization’s key audiences – customers, distribution partners and employees – is a critical but often overlooked success factor for businesses.
The Enterprise Engagement Alliance was founded in 2008 by Bruce Bolger. Since then, it has developed a faculty representing academia, corporate practitioners, and engagement solution providers in all areas of leadership, assessment, coaching, learning, communication, innovation, rewards and recognition, and measurement for the purposes of creating a formal textbook and curriculum and benchmarking tools.
In addition, the EEA has created an Engaged Company Stock Index benchmarking, and other tools that help organizations demonstrate how they can profit from engagement.

I implement a process that quantifies and measures the expenditure of an organization on people and create alobally accepted metrics in human capital based on international standards. As a result, the organization's human capital can be seen as an investment account reflected in the company’s balance sheet as profit-generating investment instead of an expense that needs to be lowered.
